CaptiveMonitor Will Release With XE 1.3

The XE Toolkit work-alike of the popular Perfmon application will release at the same time as XE 1.3, expected within the next quarter. Featuring a multi-tab interface for grouping like metrics into one graph, bar, area or line graph, absolute value or rate mode, state triggers, logging into comma-separated-values files and much more. With the ability to define a group of metrics and generate a CaptiveScript input file, the user will no longer be isolated by the static, predefined values of sar-like command-line application.

Not only will the cost of Captive Metrics software remain within reach of any user, but XE 1.3 will be provided for free to anyone who purchased XE 1.2. If you purchased XE 1.2 at The Captive Metrics Store, then a message containing the notification that  XE 1.3 is available and a link to the software will be sent to the email address that you entered at that time.
